The Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission (SPC) is a regional planning agency serving a 10-county region in the Pittsburgh area. SPC leads efforts for the region’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) efforts, which help make transportation safer and more efficient for commuters. We developed a campaign targeted toward commuters to raise awareness for the CommuteInfo app, through which valuable rewards can be earned just for making smart commuting choices.
