UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics (UPMC CCP) aligns with UPMC Children’s Express Care to offer after-hours care to patients through in-person and video visits. As part of a larger ‘Care When You Need It’ campaign that MarketSpace developed, we identified an opportunity to market to out-of-network pediatricians. Our goal was to offer these after-hours services to assist with staff shortages during the cold and flu surge in appointment needs. MarketSpace created a custom mailing that included a repackaged Wellys first aid kit and a pocket-sized brochure to illustrate the benefits of partnering with UPMC Children’s Express Care.
